Or we can send the shipment as a package to the post office and a postage fee of CZK 89 including VAT is charged when paying by bank transfer and CZK 139 including VAT when sending cash on delivery.

Czech Post delivers the parcel to the customer's home. If the customer cannot be reached, he leaves a written notice in the mailbox about the storage of the shipment at the local post office, where the shipment is stored for a period of 7 working days.

We also offer the option of sending the goods by DPD courier service, and a postage fee of CZK 89 including VAT is charged when paying by bank transfer and CZK 139 including VAT when sending cash on delivery.

The transport company calls the customer and agrees with him the date and place of delivery of the shipment. If the shipment cannot be delivered, it is stored at the depot for 3 working days.
